John Kenyon VP, Managing DIrector More about John

John is a seasoned business leader who has more than three decades of experience in hands-on strategic marketing and sales management in the healthcare industry. John is a recognized pioneer in the point-of-care space and is known for his passion, strategic thinking, and overall creativity.
As vice president and managing director of Meredith’s Targeted Media Health division, John oversees all aspects of business development, strategic partnerships and sales. He and his team consistently deliver outstanding POC program performance resulting in extraordinarily high customer satisfaction levels.
John has a Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing, from Grand Valley State University/Seidman College of Business.

Jen McDonald NY Sales Manager More about Jen

Jen leads the TMH East team of top performers in a division that consistently exceeds its sales goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and renewal business. She has spent more than a decade with Meredith and became the NY sales manager for TMH in 2012.
Jen specializes in marketing engaging, effective point-of-care products to a diverse customer base. She has been instrumental in driving the success of TMH by delivering turnkey cover wraps and condition guides for an impressive list of clients partners that spans the healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumer products industries.
Jen began her career at Meredith as an event sales manager. Following several years in advertising sales for Bauer Media group, she joined Time Inc. as an account manager, rising through the ranks to her current position
Jen received a Bachelor of Arts, Sociology, from The Johns Hopkins University, where she played Division I lacrosse. She is certified in Digital Media Sales.
When Jen’s not at the office, she is chasing around her two young boys and watching everything Bravo.

Ray Arguello Client Services Director More about Ray

Ray is an advertising sales professional with over a decade of experience in point-of-care marketing. In his role as Director of Client Services for TMH, Ray manages all aspects of campaign implementation, and optimization for an impressive roster of client partners that spans many industries.
Ray is a veteran of both the agency side and sales side of the advertising and marketing industries. During his career he has planned, bought, sold, and negotiated all types of advertising — online, traditional, broadcast, direct, event, trade, and out of home.
Prior to joining TMH, Ray worked in advertising sales for Southern Living magazine, in sales and marketing for a fitness company, and as a sales manager for Media Networks Inc. He began his career with the advertising firm FCB Southern California.
Ray has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Communications from University of Texas at Austin
When Ray’s not at the office, he is likely coaching, shuttling, or traveling with his kids, or watching his University of Texas Longhorns making another run for a national championship.

Gwen Doyle Senior Account Executive More about Gwen

Gwen is a point-of-care advertising sales expert who excels at delivering high-performing TMH solutions to an impressive roster of clients spanning multiple industries. She specializes in custom point-of-care content including cover wraps, condition guides, and mobile advertising.
While at Meredith, Gwen has made significant contributions toward establishing the TMH division as a market leader. She has been recognized as a top salesperson repeatedly; as #1 sales rep two years in a row, multiple appearances on the top ten best sales reps of all time list, Rookie of the Year, and several other top-tier company honors.
Prior to joining Meredith, Gwen was a director of national accounts for HealthTalker, a word-of-mouth marketing agency for pharmaceutical companies, and managed key pharmaceutical accounts for HMP Communications, a healthcare publishing company.
Gwen graduated with a degree in business and marketing from Muhlenberg College, where she also played basketball.
When Gwen’s not at the office, she can be found spending time with her husband, kids, and Goldendoodle Elvis.

Sara Mion Account Executive More about Sara

Sara is a point-of-care account executive with extensive experience developing and managing a regional account list across the pharmaceutical, healthcare, consumer products, government, nonprofit, and retail industries. For TMH, Sara specializes in creating, selling, and delivering cross-platform programs for clients.
Sara consistently delivers top-performing custom solutions including cover wraps and condition guides to clients in the point-of-care space. She was awarded 2017 Rookie of the Year and has achieved President’s Circle recognition for being one of TMH’s top ten sales reps. She began working for TMH as a sales development associate and quickly progressed to her current position.
Prior to joining Meredith, Sara worked for as a strategic research analyst and assistant account executive in the healthcare industry for Harrison and Star.
Sara has a Bachelor of Arts, Communications from Loyola University Maryland, where she was on the Division I varsity swim team. She is certified in Digital Media Sales.
When Sara’s not at the office, she is either getting her butt kicked at Orange Theory or trying to convince her fiancé that they need a puppy.

Courtney Carosello Account Executive More about Courtney

Courtney is an experienced point-of-care account manager with a demonstrated history of success in the healthcare publishing industry. She specializes in business development and is currently serving as TMH’s central account manager, maintaining rich relationships with clients and agencies from Wisconsin to Texas.
Courtney is skilled in leading organizational change initiatives, business development, marketing strategy, advertising, and customer service. She is a health optimist and believes that good things will happen for healthcare in the future. Courtney carries this positivity into her role at Targeted Media Health.
Courtney has a Bachelor of Arts, Marketing, from Illinois State University, and is a Northern Chicago Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association member.
When she’s not at the office, Courtney can be found frequenting neighborhood playgrounds with her littles, playing tea party, biking lakeside and traveling to visit friends and extended family.

Rebecca DeBiasse Account Executive More about Rebecca

Rebecca is a corporate advertising sales expert with extensive experience in high impact point-of-care, out of home, mobile, digital, print and custom publishing. She specializes in pharmaceutical/medical device, biotech, DTC, and HCP targeting, working with all types of clients and an extensive list of agencies for the West Coast and Rocky Mountain regions.
Rebecca has extensive negotiation and sales training from over a decade spent in media sales and management. She was instrumental in the new magazine launch of Time Health for the point-of-care market, and has maintained an extensive list of client accounts while consistently securing new business.
Prior to joining Meredith, Rebecca was an account executive for Canon Communications, managing Southwest ad sales for Medical Manufacturing Magazine.
Rebecca received a Bachelor of Arts, Advertising and Marketing, from the University of Kansas. She is certified in Digital Media Sales.
When Rebecca’s not at the office, she is seeking big adventures with her little kids.

Rachel Gittelman Sales Coordinator More about Rachel

Rachel is a Sales Coordinator for TMN, providing crucial sales support to the point-of-care team. Rachel assists in all aspects of the sales process, including good stewardship of client business across all platforms. She has strong planning, organization, communication and research abilities.
Prior to joining Meredith, Rachel held several health-related internships, including working for the Center for Better Bones at Syracuse and the American Diabetes Association. She is a creative problem solver skilled in event planning and social media, with a long-standing interest and commitment to healthy lifestyles.
Rachel graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science, Public Health.
When Rachel’s not at the office, she is trying out new restaurants in NYC or working out at Flywheel.
