John is a seasoned business leader who has more than three decades of experience in hands-on strategic marketing and sales management in the healthcare industry. John is a recognized pioneer in the point-of-care space and is known for his passion, strategic thinking, and overall creativity.
As vice president and managing director of Dotdash Meredith’s Targeted Media Health division, John oversees all aspects of business development, strategic partnerships and sales. He and his team consistently deliver outstanding POC program performance resulting in extraordinarily high customer satisfaction levels.
John has a Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing, from Grand Valley State University/Seidman College of Business.

Dan is a 25+ year veteran of digital and content marketing, bringing expertise from working with Fortune 500 clients across industry verticals. Leveraging decades of pharma and health & wellness experience he leads Strategy & Marketing for Targeted Media Health.
Dan is responsible for TMH’s long-term strategic solutions while also leading a team that provides daily marketing support. These responsibilities include being on the leadership team for business development and partnerships as well as managing day-to-day sales support and leading our industry awareness activities.
Dan is a frequent industry speaker on content marketing and is on the Marketing and Communications Committee at the POCMA, the industry association for Point-of-Care communications.
When Dan’s not at the office, he is often at concerts or trying to lower his golf score. He still hasn’t broken 80.

Jen leads the TMH East team of top performers in a division that consistently exceeds its sales goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and renewal business. She has spent more than a decade with Dotdash Meredith and became the NY sales manager for TMH in 2012.
Jen specializes in marketing engaging, effective point-of-care products to a diverse customer base. She has been instrumental in driving the success of TMH by delivering turnkey cover wraps and condition guides for an impressive list of clients partners that spans the healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumer products industries.
Jen began her career at Dotdash Meredith as an event sales manager. Following several years in advertising sales for Bauer Media group, she joined Time Inc. as an account manager, rising through the ranks to her current position
Jen received a Bachelor of Arts, Sociology, from The Johns Hopkins University, where she played Division I lacrosse. She is certified in Digital Media Sales.
When Jen’s not at the office, she is chasing around her two young boys and watching everything Bravo.

Sara Donovan Account Executive

Sara is a point-of-care account executive with extensive experience developing and managing a regional account list across the pharmaceutical, healthcare, consumer products, government, nonprofit, and retail industries. For TMH, Sara specializes in creating, selling, and delivering cross-platform programs for clients.
Sara consistently delivers top-performing custom solutions including cover wraps and condition guides to clients in the point-of-care space. She was awarded 2017 Rookie of the Year and has achieved President’s Circle recognition for being one of TMH’s top ten sales reps. She began working for TMH as a sales development associate and quickly progressed to her current position.
Prior to joining Dotdash Meredith, Sara worked as a strategic research analyst and assistant account executive in the healthcare industry for Harrison and Star.
Sara has a Bachelor of Arts, Communications from Loyola University Maryland, where she was on the Division I varsity swim team. She is certified in Digital Media Sales.
When Sara’s not at the office, you can find her playing with her daughter and dog.

Rebecca Volk Account Executive

Rebecca is a results-driven, award-winning, and detail-oriented media professional. She has an extensive background in digital and print advertising sales, marketing, and account management. Managing accounts in the East and Midwest territories, Rebecca brings expertise in helping brands activate national and local campaigns, and lead product launches. She fosters agency relationships by supporting established and emerging brands. Her experience spans several industries, including, but not limited to, pharmaceuticals, healthcare systems, and consumer packaged goods.
Prior to joining Dotdash Meredith, Rebecca started her career at Martha Stewart Living before transitioning to Conde Nast as a salesperson for over a decade.
Rebecca has a Bachelor of Arts, English Communications from Yeshiva University in New York, and a digital certificate from NYU. She is certified in Digital Media Sales.
Beyond the office, Rebecca enjoys going to concerts, and running around the Central Park reservoir.

Ray is an advertising sales professional with over a decade of experience in point-of-care marketing. In his role as Director of Client Services for TMH, Ray manages all aspects of campaign implementation, and optimization for an impressive roster of client partners that spans many industries.
Ray is a veteran of both the agency side and sales side of the advertising and marketing industries. During his career he has planned, bought, sold, and negotiated all types of advertising — online, traditional, broadcast, direct, event, trade, and out of home.
Prior to joining TMH, Ray worked in advertising sales for Southern Living magazine, in sales and marketing for a fitness company, and as a sales manager for Media Networks Inc. He began his career with the advertising firm FCB Southern California.
Ray has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Communications from the University of Texas at Austin.
When Ray’s not at the office, he is likely coaching, shuttling, or traveling with his kids, or watching his University of Texas Longhorns make another run for a national championship.

Kristin Gnoza Program Manager

Kristin is Program Manager, overseeing production of all TMH condition guides. Previously, she served as the team’s Strategy & Marketing Coordinator. Prior to joining TMH, she worked as a marketing assistant in different fields, including politics and non-profits. Kristin has a Bachelor of Arts, English, from Fordham University.
When she’s not at the office, Kristin is either writing, running, or trying to find the best hidden places in New York City.

Arielle is the Marketing & Strategy Coordinator at Targeted Media Health, where she supports the sales team and executes marketing initiatives. Prior to Dotdash Meredith, she had trained in the healthcare field and worked in mental health and education spaces. She has also worked in the editorial publishing industry at W.W. Norton & Company. Arielle has a Bachelor of Science, Psychology, from Rutgers University – New Brunswick.
Outside of the office she can be found exploring fun hiking trails, trying out new recipes and curling up with a good book.
